Elysion View
is our outdoor event venue in Gostilele, located on the lakeside and suitable
for team buildings, corporate events, anniversaries, civil ceremonies,
baptisms, weddings, retreats, and any experience designed to come alive
outdoors.
In 2025, we
launched a series of workshops developed in partnership with professionals from
creative fields. “Art of Peonies” was one of the first events in this
program, created together with Cristina Mauna (Eventis Decor), a
specialist in floral arrangements and event décor.
Objective
To offer a
practical and relaxing experience in a natural setting, where participants
could learn floral arrangement techniques and balloon design elements, while
also discovering the potential of Elysion View as a venue for creative
workshops and events.
Our Role
Strategy
& concept
We defined
the workshop format, activity structure, and visual concept, establishing the
partnership with Eventis Decor and shaping the experience we wanted to offer
participants.
Communication
& promotion
We handled
the design of the poster and visual materials, presentation copy, CRM
registration pages, and payment system setup. We prepared all required
documents, ran an email marketing campaign, organized a giveaway, and created
video content at Elysion View. We also managed the Facebook event.
Organization
& logistics
On the event
day, we welcomed participants with lemonade and coffee, coordinated arrivals,
supported the Eventis Decor team, and facilitated the full workshop flow,
including hands-on sessions, photography moments, and social interaction. The
event was fully documented through photography for future communication.
Workshop
Flow
The workshop
took place in the Elysion View gazebo, a covered outdoor space with a direct
view of the lake. Cristina and the Eventis Decor team opened the first session,
dedicated to peony floral arrangements. Participants learned composition
techniques, worked individually, and each arrangement was photographed as a
keepsake.
After the
first session, lunch and an outdoor networking break followed. Photos were
taken on the nearby lawn and around the pool area, capturing the relaxed and
natural atmosphere of the venue.
The second
session, also held in the gazebo, focused on balloon décor techniques,
including building a decorative arch. Participants worked together, asked
questions, and received practical recommendations about suppliers and workflows
in the event décor industry. The atmosphere was friendly, energetic, and highly
engaging.
Results
The “Art
of Peonies” workshop delivered:
a pleasant and memorable
experience for all participants
increased interest in creative
events hosted at Elysion View
a format that can be replicated
in other areas (design, wellbeing, creative hobbies, business)
visibility for the venue as an
ideal space for outdoor corporate and private activities
very positive feedback on
organization, atmosphere, and the experience built from scratch
The Story
This
workshop confirmed the direction we began shaping at Elysion View: outdoor
events with practical value, relaxation, and genuine human connection.
For GoodStory, the project combined strategy, promotion, content production,
and full experience management into a format that can be further developed for
both corporate and private events.
