EU-OSHA National Seminar – Digitalisation and Collaboration

Context
This was the
first in-person event organised in 2025 for the EU-OSHA Focal Point
Romania, following a series of online meetings and debates held earlier in the
year.
The seminar theme — “Digitalisation as a tool for optimising collaboration
between OSH experts and occupational health physicians” — brought together
specialists, institutional representatives, and professionals working in
occupational safety and health.
GoodStory
was responsible for the full organisation of the event, continuing a
long-standing collaboration with the EU-OSHA Focal Point Romania.
Objective
To deliver a
well-structured national seminar with a clear participant flow and optimal
conditions for presentations, debate, and networking, in a professional and
controlled setting.

The event
began with participant access and a welcome coffee session.
The official
opening was delivered by Ioana-Georgiana Nicolescu, Manager of the
EU-OSHA Focal Point Romania, and Doru Costin Darabont, General Director
of INCDPM.
The preamble
session followed, featuring presentations focused on improving collaboration
between OSH experts and occupational health physicians, with contributions
from:

The open
debate session (11:45–13:15) encouraged active participation, allowing
attendees to raise questions, share professional perspectives, and discuss
current challenges related to digitalisation in OSH.
The seminar
concluded with general closing remarks, followed by lunch, which provided time
for informal discussions and networking.

The Story
The EU-OSHA
seminar held on 10 July was a compact, well-structured in-person event that
