Context
A factory workforce chose Elysion View for a day dedicated to relaxation and
outdoor activities. The goal was simple and genuine: to step away from the
daily routine, bring positive energy into the group, and enjoy a shared
experience together.
Our team
building program, “Trofeul Veseliei” (The Joy Trophy), matched the
group’s dynamics perfectly, while the natural setting of Elysion View completed
the atmosphere.
Objective
To deliver an accessible, engaging, and enjoyable activity for a team
accustomed to physical work but less familiar with classic team building
formats. We aimed for participants to feel comfortable, involved, and relaxed
throughout the day.

Team
building flow
The day started in a relaxed mood, with live music and high spirits. Teams
quickly engaged in the activities, and “Trofeul Veseliei” delivered exactly
what it was designed for: rhythm, collaboration, communication, and plenty of
good humor.
Participants
took part in all challenges, collaborated naturally, and enjoyed the dynamics
of the program. Between sessions, a delicious outdoor lunch offered a
well-earned break and time for socializing.

The story
The team building event at Elysion View once again showed how versatile the “Trofeul

with little to no prior team building experience. It was a simple, genuine day
