Learning
Networking brought together professionals from diverse fields for a day
dedicated to connection and learning. GoodStory was present with one of the
most popular team building activities in our portfolio: Operation Mindfall, an
augmented reality game inspired by the world of secret missions, where
participants work together under time pressure to stop a threatening scenario.
Typically,
this activity takes place outdoors, following a GPS-guided route where teams
discover clues, unlock missions, and explore their surroundings. For this
edition, the concept required a full adaptation so that the game could be
delivered entirely indoors, within the Bucharest Stock Exchange building, and
seamlessly integrated into the conference agenda.
Objective
To bring an
interactive, engaging, and memorable experience to Learning Networking, adapted
to both the venue and the event structure, encouraging participants to
collaborate and immerse themselves in the game even without a physical route.

Activity
Flow
Participants
were introduced to the Mindfall universe through an energetic briefing: teams
became secret agents infiltrating an organization called SpiderTech,
with the mission to stop a threat that could destabilize the entire city.
Each team
received an Action Pack with specific gadgets—essential tools for uncovering
clues, solving puzzles, and decoding secret messages. The atmosphere inside the
Bucharest Stock Exchange quickly turned into a hub of strategy, communication,
and focused collaboration.
After the
first round of missions, the activity paused for the conference sessions, and
participants later returned to the game for the final stage of the competition,
maintaining an intense and collaborative rhythm.
The
challenges stimulated logic, goal-oriented thinking, and teamwork, while the
narrative tension kept the group fully engaged until the very end.

version of Operation Mindfall delivered:
