On 29 May,
we delivered our Trofeul Veseliei team building program in Timișul de Jos, in a
context where the weather forecast was uncertain. To ensure the experience
could take place regardless of conditions, the GoodStory team arrived at the
venue one day in advance.
We prepared
a full backup plan using another activity from our portfolio, The City of the
Future, and transported all necessary materials on site. The evening before the
event was dedicated to planning a possible fusion between the two activities,
should the weather require moving indoors.
Objective
To deliver
an energetic and cohesive team building experience that encourages
collaboration and positive group dynamics, regardless of weather conditions,
through flexibility and quick adaptation.

event, GoodStory was responsible exclusively for the team building activity.
Team
Building Flow
The evening
before the event was dedicated to planning alternative scenarios. We explored a
potential fusion between Trofeul Veseliei and The City of the Future, in case
the activity needed to move indoors.
On the event
day, the weather worked in our favor, allowing the team building to take place
outdoors, exactly as originally planned. Participants were divided into teams
and entered the friendly competition specific to the Trofeul Veseliei program,
with challenges focused on collaboration, coordination, and group energy.
The activity
unfolded smoothly, and participant engagement increased from one challenge to
the next. The backup plan was not needed.

The Story
The team
building at Timișul de Jos was another example of how preparation and
adaptability make the difference. Although we arrived with a backup plan and
multiple scenarios in mind, we were able to deliver the intended experience: Trofeul
Veseliei, outdoors, with great energy and fully engaged participants.
For
GoodStory, this project reinforced our focus on responsibility, flexibility,
and creating experiences that work, regardless of challenges.
