We were
contacted by a large extended family of over 100 people who were looking for a
relaxed activity suitable for all ages — from young children to seniors. Each
year, they organise a family reunion in a different part of the world, and for
the 2025 edition they chose Romania, wishing to include an experience that
would genuinely bring everyone together.
“Trofeul
Veseliei”, one of our signature team building programs, proved to be the
perfect choice. We adapted the activities so that every participant could feel
included, regardless of age or energy level.
Objective
To create a
joyful, emotional, and dynamic experience in an exceptional natural setting,
allowing the family to connect, have fun, and leave with meaningful memories
from the Danube Delta.

The Trofeul
Veseliei challenges were adjusted to balance children’s energy, adults’
enthusiasm, and the seniors’ rhythm. The family spirit was present from the
very beginning, and engagement came naturally, without any pressure.
It was a day
filled with emotion and beautiful moments: relatives from Romania, England,
Italy, France, the United States, and Canada worked together, encouraged one
another, and enjoyed every stage of the program. The atmosphere was warm, open,
and full of enthusiasm.
The most
memorable moment came at the end of the day: Maria, just three years old, won
the Trofeul Veseliei, after completing all the challenges alongside her
brother. She was the youngest participant, yet the most determined — a moment
that moved everyone present.

a clear example of how a well-designed team building program can become a true
connector for a large and diverse group. Carefully adapted for this family,
“Trofeul Veseliei” created an experience rich in emotion, energy, and
intergenerational connection.
